The west side of the property is mostly grass and mesquite that offers plenty of additional cover for those large deer to hide. A small seasonal/runoff creek winds through the the mesquites and serving 3 small ponds/tanks. You will not be disappointed with the Wichita Mountains that serves as an artistic backdrop to the property views.
