This farmland is accompanied by a full 1/2 mile of Tepee Creek with moderate to thick cover along both sides of the running water, providing a great hideout for deer. A 60'x60' machine shed with all weather access is located along the east side of the property. The west side of the property is mostly grass and mesquite that offers plenty of additional cover for those large deer to hide. A small seasonal/runoff creek winds through the the mesquites and serving 3 small ponds/tanks. You will not be disappointed with the Wichita Mountains that serves as an artistic backdrop to the property views.
This property also has a cabin that was built in 2007 and a 30'x30' two car workshop that would be host to a weekend get away, or that deer camp that you have always dreamed about.
