The Weichel Feedyard is a 4,200 head feedyard/starter facility conveniently located 13 miles south of Weatherford, Oklahoma, 1/2 mile east of Hwy 54.

This property consists of 47 pens total with bunk lines. The pen configuration is:
16 pens with shades and 20 head capacity
5 pens with shades and 50 head capacity
19 pens with some shades and 100 head capacity
7 pens with 250 head capacity
There are two covered cattle processing/doctoring facilities each with Trojan hydraulic chutes and a 12'x20' cooled medicine room located inside one of the barns. Outside the doctoring facilities is a 60'x120' machine barn with a full concrete floor. The 80'x100' concrete drop deck loading facility provides an easy, all weather loading surface for silage and commodities. Five drive under overhead feed bins located near the machine barn each with 30 ton capacity. There is a 300 foot deep submersible water well supplying water to the feedyard along with a rural water tap.
The feedyard proper sits on approximately 77 acres. In addition to the pens and improvements, there is a 17 acre bermuda grass pasture with 80' of bunk lines. The east half of this quarter consists of 80 acres of grassland directly to the east of the feedyard with great perimeter fences.
